The staff was very friendly, helped us in very good English. Everything was clean and neat. The room was spacious and had a desk, fouton and spacious bed. We had everything we needed and were treated with utmost kindness and care.

The staff was very courteous. It was my first trip to Korea and I did not know the way or the language, but when I asked a question in English, they were kind enough to help me and carefully showed me the route to my destination.
