Fantastic hotel! My single room was spotless, had a nice view and felt really spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was very convenient along the Yamanote line and the breakfast was delicious and varied. When picking up my luggage on my final day, I had a really nice chat with one of the staff members. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

    Great location, only 5 minutes from the JR, combini and supermarked around the corner, reasonable walking distance to Ueno Park, Nippori station and Asakusa. Functional TV and aircondition, and the hotel had coin-based washing machines. It was also pretty quiet! The staff was friendly and always available. We did not opt for the breakfast.

Location was convenient as there is a bus station that will take you directly to Nippori Station which will get you onto the Yamatoe Line (takes you to the well known places) Enough space for a pair of friends traveling if you aren’t the keep your bag open type.     Great location!!! 1 min from mikawashima station, really good restaurants all around, very close to nippori station as well. We slept on futons and had an amazing first experience in japan. There’s an elevator and the staff was very helpful, clean and super big bathroom. Loved it!!
