Our stay was awesome! The staff is really very nice and friendly, basically you can ask them anything if they can help they definitely do and even extra mile. The toilet might be abit small but overall is really very nice and cozy, the guesthouse 7~10min walk is nippori station. Easy to travel from airport too. Obviously the location. It's really next to Komagome Station, at JR Yamanote Line, two stations away from skyliner to Narita. The fact that my room was located in Ladies only section with bigger size compare to the standard in Tokyo, showed how thoughtful the staff was when we upgraded our room. The staffs tried their best to accommodate our needs even with limited their English, which is the only drawback of staying here but it's understandable since majority of their guests are still japanese. The price that we paid were included breakfast at Denny's which was still affordable compared to other hotels.
