The hotel is new, cosy and comfortable. The main shopping street is a short bus ride away. Very professionally run hotel with great staff. There is a public guest area that is like a coffee shop, they provide drinks and food for free, including wine, whiskey, nuts, coffee, tea, sweets and cake.

The location of the hotel in Kyoto was perfect—centrally situated with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and close to a station. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is very new, and it shows in the modern, clean, and spacious rooms, which provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the standout features was the small room where guests could sit and enjoy drinks at no extra cost. It was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the room even had a speaker, which was a nice little luxury.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to all the sights and really close to the subway. The staff were really friendly and check in and out were so smooth. The room was on the spacious side (compared to others we've stayed in) and had everything we could ever need. We also used the washers and dryers on the ground floor which worked seamlessly. Would definitely book to stay again and recommend to anyone looking.
