The location was fabulous. Just a 100m walk from the Arsenale stop on the blue line of the waterbus. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lagoon and is probably one of the best locations to watch the sunset. The hospitality is fabulous - Stefano and Marco went above and beyond to make all arrangements for us (24x7). Will definitely come back here for my next Venice stay.

It is a perfect, quiet place but everything is within an easy reach. I appreciated the kind and helpful staff and what I also adored was the garden. It was a beautiful island on the island!

The location is great just off Plaza San Marco, and has the old world charm and character of the area in the hotel. Beautiful room comfortable bed and clean throughout. The choice at breakfast is second to none and served in a room so ornate, you feel like you're in a different time.
