I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, GST Road, Chennai from 21st August to 6th September for business travel and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team, especially Alisha and Siva, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and their service was beyond excellent. In F&B, Dina and Himasha provided outstanding hospitality, taking the time to understand my habits and preferences and ensuring every meal was delightful. The food was consistently tasty and well-prepared throughout my stay. The hotel is located around 45 minutes to an hour away from Chennai's city center, but they arrange vehicles for any travel requirements, making it convenient. The staff truly care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended

I cound not find your hotel. Your staff didn't send location even after repeated request. I have to given Rs. 500/- excess to taxi driver due to searching your location. Which was going invain. Completely very bad experience I face.
