Book one of the guided tours which are every hour on the hour on Saturdays. We just turned up without booking and paid for the tour. At £4 it’s worth every penny. The lovely gentleman leading our tour was so friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt so much on the tour of the old court and cells which had interactive displays, you can enter the cells and sit in the court gallery, it’s great! The grand hall is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking to see. There’s a lovely little cafe selling hot drinks and delicious cakes too.Guest review bySS01United Kingdom
