It is a nice National Trust park.
It is a nice National Trust park. I really enjoyed one of the local venues in the area. It is a pub/country inn at the foot of Box Hill, Mickleham. The Running Horses. Unfortunately at the weekend the road attracts lots of motor cycles so ask for a room at the back if you don't want to be disturbed by their noise. The room had everything we needed, fridge, a very comfy bed, good shower and a funny little conservatory/covered balcony that I liked.
