We also took short drive to Amble and Bamburgh. The room was clean and cleaned both mornings of our stay with fresh towels if needed. The hotel is a pub but it was not noisy. The food both at breakfast and evening meal was waiter serviced and was delicious. Cannot fault this venue. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.
