Excellent hotel with very good location. Everything to see is at around 15-40 min. walking distance. Clean, new, good staff. The restaurant on the 12th floor also very good with a nice view and good prices.

This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

Found amongst Parque del Oeste’s thicket of conifer and cedar trees, these gardens hold a special surprise – a genuine Egyptian temple that dates back to 2,000 BC.     Get tickets online ahead of time or you won't be able to enter. The QR code doesn't seem to work. We wasted time going there and not be able to get in. Guards also not very helpful. They just tell you to get online tickets using the QR code which did not work, or come back another day.
