Excellent hotel, very central with Metro right across the road and good restaurants in near proximity. This was my first time staying in such centrally located hotel due to its proximity to my conference. Galo at reception was of great assistance.

The hotel is so clean, good matters, very helpful, i deal with mr Sergio who was so helpful and always give us ideas about the city where to go , also you can store your luggage for 10€ each pcs each week, which is good if you will leave Madrid for few days and you will come back

We were delighted with our choice of hotel for our first visit to Madrid. You didn't ask, but the reception, consierge and their staff were always very helpful and obliging. We thought that for such an expensive room breakfast should have been included. (we paid more than 500 Euro a night). In any event, thank you so much.

A loooot of space. Really huge room as for hotel. Also, built-in kitchen really surprised. I would call it a tiny apprartment rather than a hotel room.
