We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and even allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was a big help. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect — with a metro station right in front of the hotel, getting to the city centre was quick and easy. Highly recommended!”

This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

We had great experience at the Pestana Hotel! Great location at the heart of Madrid with easy access to all of the main sightseeings and a really nice exterior. The communication before our arrival was perfect, the staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel restaurant is a top place to dine. The pool and sauna are a nice bonus at the end of the day. We had a double room that is a bit smaller if traveling with a child but is a great for couples.
