The room was spacious and very clean. There was a wide variety for breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant two nights and found the menu very varied and the prices were reasonable.

Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

The staff was so nice and king to us !!! We woke up super early and he prepared us a breakfast bag. That was one incredibly nice. The view is perfect.

The personnel at the hotel were very nice and dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. They provided great recommendations and even packed us a box breakfast for our early morning flight. The facilities were very comfortable and I was glad I chose a local hotel.

    I think this is my #1 Quito experience.

    I think this is my #1 Quito experience. Even if you don't want to walk, the views are amazing. And if you do want to walk, you can do a little (to the playground) or really go for the gusto (hike above 15,000 feet, from the 12,00o ft at the top of the cable car ride.

    The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The building is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The location was convenient for our walking tour meet up and taxis were inexpensive to visit further sites. We enjoyed the teleferico cable car up the mountain - the views were excellent! And we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

    Lovely helpful staff. Beautiful characterful hotel. Large room. Superb breakfast with great views! Tour of Quito (cable car, Mitad del Mundo etc.) organised by hotel with driver Francesco was such good value and great fun.
