Situated in a lovely area, next to the park where the Oktoberfest takes place, the Boutique Hotel offers an amazing service: the staff is amazingly friendly and ready to provide all the information/support you need or to just chat at the front desk, the breakstaf offers a lot of salty and sweet foods from eggs to sausages to croissants and also local dishes. What amazed me is the effort the hotel takes in being ecosustainable: forget any kind of plastic there! Just a small example: the water is filtered throughout the Hotel so that you don't need to buy plastic bottles (you will find a glass jug in your room). The Hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever seen from the lobby, to the breakfast area to the rooms. It is situated in a lovely area where you can find bars and also very close to the Augustiner Braeu.

Generally, almost everything was perfect or close to perfect. The staff was helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. There is an underground parking but reservations are not possible. The price for the parking (12 euro in September 2023) looks fair, especially in comparison to other hotels and cities. The hotel is not placed in the center of Munich, but it's very close to the metro. Moreover, not being in the center means it's also quiet. Last but not least, the hotel is elegant and nicely decorated. All in all, fully recommended, I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future, when I come back to Munich.

Room is big and nicely furnished. The bed was good and everything was very clean. You can open the windows. Location is awesome. There are drinks in the minibar and coffee, and they are included. Easy and fast check-in and out. Friendly staff.

Excellent experience overall. Clean, large, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a beautiful area, close to beergardens, nice restaurants, and the nymphenburg castle, and well connected with the city center. Great staff, very kind and helpful.

    Wonderful and easy to get to from Munich by Tram.

    Wonderful and easy to get to from Munich by Tram. Make sure you take a picnic and enjoy the stupendous gardens - and hordes or ducks and Swans. Well worth adding another hour to the trip to wall the lovely park.

    Be prepared to spend a whole day here.

    Be prepared to spend a whole day here. The tour of the palace and out buildings are well worth it. The sleighs in the stable area are spectacular! The gardens are beautiful. We even saw deer grazing. Have a rest and lunch at the Palm Cafe.

    A really good location next to the metro station. It’s also not far from the Nymphenburg palace. Very clean, the bed was comfortable. I loved the design of the room, where every detail, every little shelf and drawer worked. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast is not really cheap but really worth it!
