The food was great, the hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Even though we didn't have a car, it was very easy. Turn right out of the tube station, cross the road at the end of the big wall, turn left into the little park, and the hotel was there.

Everything… The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good and a lot of options to eat. In general, the hotel is super nice and the people at the reception were very kind all of the time.

Excellent customer service .Staff are friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Location was good because metro station is near and getting from hotel to central city was easy. Breakfast was also very good. Room had everything we needed, amenities comfy bed and very clean. I like everything and perfect hotel to stay for couple.
