Chateau Hluboká
Constructed in the 1200s, picturesque Hluboká Castle has taken many forms in its 800-year history. Its current guise, remodelled in the 19th century, was inspired by England’s Windsor Castle. Snatched from its owners during WWII, Hluboká was later reclaimed by the government and opened to the public. Get lost in the hedge maze, appreciate the architecture or marvel at the vast art collection on show.
