The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. The plus side is there are bus stop right next to the hotel and there is a street food truck barbeque at evening which is great for dinner / supper. The owner are a very humble guy too.
