So close to everything. Great customer service. Great breakfast and no rushing us out at the end of breakfast time. Lovely pool and gym facilities. Overall a very clean hotel with an amazing location.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, with everything within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived early, they happily stored our bags at the reception, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was decent—standard fare, nothing extraordinary. The room was spacious enough and impeccably clean every time we returned from our outings. I’m deducting just one point from the facilities because I needed a bidet, which wasn’t available. However, I understand this is common in most hotels around Melbourne. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to friends.
