Great room, lovely view, helpful staff, good hotel bar and restaurant, decent breakfast, right across the road from museums, and in a nice area just outside the city centre which is near lots of lovely little boutiques but also walkable to the main tourist sites. I loved it here.

Evetything! First, the most important: the staff is one of the best ones that I have ever seen (and I'm used to 5* hotel). So attention and kindness with us. The location of the hotel is perfect, very centric yet still calm, the metro stop is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the Chez Bernard restaurant were very delicious. Very attentive staff and the hotel also has a parking garage very close (you get a special price as a guest).
