I love this hotel! It’s a beautiful property ,10 minutes away from the imperial citadel by taxi. The hotel provides shuttle service going to the city center. The staff is very welcoming and the service excellent. We got a room upgrade when we arrived to the pool villa which was situated right beside their heated pool. The property has 2 pools and their heated pool was pleasantly warm even in chilly January weather. We had free 30 minute daily massages that were extremely relaxing after a long day of walking to see the sights. Cristy , the assistant general manager, and Claudia at the reception area were very kind and accommodating. They connected with us daily and ensured that we had an amazing stay in their hotel.

Definitely one of the best homestay I have ever been, the value for money is amazing, everything is super clean and beautifully curated, the staff is so nice and helpful. This place is so peaceful and it’s so refreshing in the midst of Vietnam’s chaos. The breakfast is so good and they are also a cafe and their drinks tastes so good! Definitely recommend their matcha and salted coffee. Such a shame that we have planned for only one night here and couldn’t reschedule our plans. I just can’t wait to come back and for longer !!

Staff were excellent, catering for dietary requirements for meals (thank you Renato and team), arranging trips and advising on best places to go (thank you Mi and team) and also providing special pillows to help get over jet lag quicker (thank you manager Dao and team).

The spacious villas and bungalows at Vedana feature modern décor with traditional accents. A flat-screen satellite TV, DVD home entertainment system and minibar are included. En suite bathroom comes with shower facility and free toiletries. Room service is provided 24 hours. We stayed in one of the gorgeous villas with a mountain view and private pool. An extremely beautiful room and bathroom that had a minimalist aesthetic that added to the calm feeling you get when you are on the resort. Breakfast options are and well presented. Don’t skip the massage options, very well trained massage therapists for relaxing spa treatments. Hotel staff are also very lovely and attentive, shoutout to Cam! Looking forward to returning!
