Wow my Birthday stay here was incredible! They had a gorgeous setup at the dinner table and the whole crew sang. The facilities are all very new, the team is well trained and perfectly polite. The food is well made and plentiful. They have activities planned for the whole duration of the stay, these where well organized. The rooms are gorgeous with balconies and of course great views, can defiantly recommend this cruise

Menawarkan spa dan pusat kesihatan, Majesty Luxury Prime Cruise by Premier Group terletak di Ha Long di kawasan Quang Ninh, 1.9km dari Pantai Tuan Chau dan 2.1km dari Pelabuhan Tuan Chau. Absolutely spectacular ship! The rooms were luxurious and incredibly comfortable. We loved our 2 night itinerary and had lots of fun activities and sufficient downtime. The staff were amazing! The food was good, but for us a bit too „generic”. I would love more traditional Vietnamese dishes.

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Grand Pioneers Halong Bay Cruise 1 menawarkan penginapan 5-bintang di Ha Long dan mempunyai lounge berkongsi, teres dan bar. Fabulous cruise and well worth the money. This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.
