The Watson Premium HaLong Hotel mempunyai kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Ha Long. Very clean property. Amazing rooftop pool and views. Breakfast was the best large selection. Given an upgraded room with views. We stayed an extra night and was given a good rate.

We had a fabulous time on Doris Cruise. Our Butler Tam made our trip so fabulous. She was a 10/10 always there to help us and look after us. The boat was lovely and relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

One thoughtful gesture that touched us deeply was how the staff had prepared special seating just for them, making them feel truly honored and cared for. This is the perfect destination for anyone wanting to treat their elderly parents to a relaxing and meaningful summer getaway.

Menawarkan spa dan pusat kesihatan, Majesty Luxury Prime Cruise by Premier Group terletak di Ha Long di kawasan Quang Ninh, 1.9km dari Pantai Tuan Chau dan 2.1km dari Pelabuhan Tuan Chau. The cruise was absolutely fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was perfectly taken care of. We stayed one night and truly loved every moment. The excursions were amazing and flawlessly organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

Luxury spacious rooms, beautiful views, and great activities (especially day 2, recommend to take 2 nights). Especially the staff upheld a high service standard. They even arranged a private driver to reunite us with some items we had lost in the room, special thanks to mr. Thuy Dang for his help coordinating the effort!
