First and foremost, the professionalism of the staff was beyond exceptional. Manager Sunny is great! Every crew member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well-informed throughout the journey. Our room was spacious, elegant, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. Amazing food! It was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The activities like Kayaking through a stunning cave was such a good experience. From the accommodations to the food, the activities, and the exceptional service, the entire experience was truly 10 out of 10.

I was quite impressed with the spacious infinity pool and the outdoor jacuzzi, a perfect place to relax, enjoy the magnificent Ha Long Bay view, and sip on a perfect cocktail. The buffet breakfast was of exceptional quality, offering a wide range of Western and Vietnamese dishes, with very fresh ingredients. A big plus goes to Tracy, the customer service staff, who was very friendly and attentive. She proactively introduced the itinerary and helped arrange the room, paying attention to every little detail to ensure guests were satisfied. The overnight cruise on the bay is a great choice for a memorable and luxurious vacation.

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
