Our best hotel in Vietnam, very nice , clean and calm rooms. Hotel bus , superb breakfast. Helpful staff , Nancy our hotel manager was not just friendly but very knowledgeable and her English was very good.

I went with my wife , the owner Mr. Robert attended to us personally moment we stepped in the hotel. The room was very specious and absolutely clean. We were served with hot Banhmi in our room.He arranged for our trip to lady Buddha and Marble Mountain also arranged a trip to Coconut water boat ride. Our entire trip stay of three nights was so comfortable and it was like our own home with some one looking after all your needs. The location of the hotel was so good that we could visit night market and the river front with all lanterns lit up. All were in walking distance of ten minutes. Did lot of shopping like stiching of cloths etc. All in a walking distance of less than ten minutes. He even recommended some excellent eating joints and we tried like Morning Glory etc. On the last day he even arranged for a car back to Danang .

I’d rate 100/10 for the staff if I could, definitely the best hotel staff I’ve met, they were super helpful and friendly. Katy was my favorite, she was professional and smiley and we felt really comfortable talking to her during our stay. The cleaning staff was amazing as well.

Threeway Riverside Villa mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Hoi An. Menawarkan restoran, tempat penginapan ini juga mempunyai bar, serta tab mandi panas.... Fabulous hotel. Perfectly located a quick 10 min walk from the tourist area and right on the river. Main tourist area is extremely busy so being just outside of it is the perfect place to be. Staff went above and beyond and were extremely lovely. They organized cars from and to Da Nang at lower rates than Grab. Rooms were big and clean and bright with river views. Will be staying here on all future to trips to Hoi An.

There is so much care in making sure our stay was great. We initially booked a Christmas Eve stay and to have dinner in town; much to our surprise we were invited to join for their Christmas Eve event with the dinner and free flow drinks covered. What surprised us more was how we were greeted. Sat down and given details of our room, facilities, and how to go about the town. Such an amazing experience. All the staff were attentive to our needs and constantly came up to us to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely come back again.

Could feel their attempts and efforts to make better resort since staying here several times for rescent years. Enjoy precious rest in this resort. Will never be disappointed.
