Definitely what we loved the most from this hotel was its people. Since day -10 (before we arrived) they were really attentive to whatever I asked them via Booking or even WhatsApp. Once we arrived they gave us the best recommendations for tours and things to do at the lovely city of Hoi An. We were on our honeymoon, so I requested some decorations for our room; they did a wonderful job it looked stunning.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing us with detailed recommendations on where to go in Hoi An and even advising us on how to stay safe from pickpockets. Flower and Robert were exceptional hosts who made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. They took the time to recommend places to visit and shared valuable local tips. A lovely touch was the complimentary Banh Mi upon arrival or departure, along with some local biscuits before we left for Da Nang—such a thoughtful and much-appreciated surprise! The hotel's location was perfect, and the beds were the comfiest we’ve had in Vietnam. Their pillows were also way better than the ones at Da Nang Grand Mercure, making for an even more restful sleep. A special mention also goes to the kind older gentleman who helped with our bags and always greeted us with a warm smile. Honestly, I regret only staying for one night—I felt like I made the wrong choice by not booking a longer stay. Thank you so much again!

Terletak di sepanjang Pantai Cua Dai, Palm Garden Resort berada di pusat taman-taman yang indah seluas 5 ekar. Ia menawarkan spa dan kolam renang luaran bersaiz 45 meter. Great facilities, fantastic location right by the beach but only 10 minutes by car to Hoi An ancient town. The staff is really polite and well trained, they will go out of their way to help the guests. Breakfast is amazing. We have been several times over the years and will definitely come back!

In the evenings the garden lighting creates a magical setting to relax and enjoy the cooler temperatures. Restaurant We enjoyed both a variety of excellent Vietnamese and Western cuisine and exceptional service from restaurant staff. The food is beautifully presented in a well designed restaurant. Special Mention Staff- Our stay at Anmira has been exceptional thanks to the collective efforts of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing to share their expertise.
