The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and would come back. I wish the hotel location were closer inside the city of Vinh.

Staff customer service, breakfast, hot bath water, and location are the best features. Staff seeks to understand and is approachable. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Beef soup, w baguette and omelette (chilli & lime), was a great start each day. Not having reliable hot water is a deal breaker. Lam Giam always came thru! The location is fantastic for me. Great mixture of old and new. Businesses and local people. Everyone in Vinh is wonderful. Thanks for another fantastic stay...except cold and no sunshine. ;)"
