The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the main attractions. Even if it's in the centre you don't hear any noise at night so we slept well! The bed is so comfy too! The staff is kind and really nice. They gave us an upgrade for our room so that we could be more comfortable with our son. We got our sim card through the hotel. Breakfast and food is good. The terrace is lovely! The night we arrived there was live music so we enjoyed it a lot. They have been really helpful during our stay. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!

From time we arrived, staff were friendly and responsive and noted, always greeted staff moving into/out of the hotel. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable on places to go etc. Location is excellent to go shopping, eating and entertainment with many hidden gems to find.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. They offered me vouchers on arriving for the drinks and the spa. I had some mosquitoes in the room and I wrote about that. For compensation they gave me a discount on the taxi I had booked. The staff was so apologetic. I wish I stayed longer! Ill definitely be coming back here.
