L'Signature Hotel & Spa mempunyai basikal percuma, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Hanoi. Menawarkan restoran, tempat penginapan ini juga mempunyai bar, serta sauna. Hotel's location is exceptional. It is quite literally one street away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and walking distance to almost every possible tourist destination spots within Hanoi Old Quarter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything were in order. More importantly, the bed in my executive suite, was extra large and fitted 1x 175cm tall young lady and 1x 183cm tall and really big sized man comfortably. Hotel staffs were even better. They were polite, remembered our names, greeted us every morning the moment we walked out of the lift and before heading out for our day, greeted us when we returned after a long day, and would bring out chairs and even water for us whenever we were just chilling outside the hotel's porch. We asked if we could have our rooms next to each other, and unfortunately, there were no deluxe rooms that were next to each other, and they upgraded one of our rooms to an executive suite, just so that we were staying on the same floor. All in all, L' Signature Hotel and Spa definitely hit it out of the park, exceeded my expectations, and made my stay at Hanoi a very comfortable and memorable one.

Reception with its warm cinnamon/ginger/lemon grass tea was a great start. Ken took time explained the facilities/services as well as Hanoi. Breakfast with the ala carte menu gave a good spread and a cozy space with attentive staff Kylie & Amelia & male colleagues. The spacious room was quiet, even had a letter fr the GM to inform us about the renovations/noise of the neighbouring pty which only happened during daytime. The location is accessible to all attractions & F&B yet quiet. Clean rooms & welcome tray of fresh fruits. Efficient lift. Also compliment Louis for recommending a bakery & friendly staff Lily and the bellhops. Great experience.

Meritel Hanoi mempunyai kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan, teres dan bar di Hanoi. Tempat tarikan berdekatan yang popular termasuk Citadel Imperial, Muzium Seni Halus Vietnam dan Makam Ho Chi... This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first stop after arriving from Ireland and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to all our needs. The food was delicious and the cocktails on the rooftop bar had us coming back for more. If I was in Vietnam for longer, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

The property is perfect! All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Specially Josie, Aline, Trang, Long, and Ho! They made our stay pleasant and enjoyable! These people made this property the best in Old Quarter Hanoi.

Peridot Grand Hotel & Spa has 2 on-site restaurants, 3 bars, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. We were recommended this hotel and rightly so: it’s a calm oasis in the centre of old quarter Hanoi with the train street 3 min walk away. The staff were amazing- Lucy booked extra trips and excursions, which worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to go back there. A 5 star hotel with a heart and great value.

Menawarkan bar, Soleil Boutique Hotel Hanoi terletak di pusat Hanoi, 8-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Ha Noi. Location and staff. Many nice restaurants/shops nearby. Easy to walk to Hoan Kiem lake. My room (in the back of the hotel) is still quiet regardless of the busy street.

The location is perfect. In the old quarter, but not on a crazy busy street which is nice, as it was quiet in the evenings. They were so accommodating, we booked for our entire stay in Hanoi. We stay the first night, then they held our bags free of charge for a 3 night ha Giang excursion. We stayed another 2 nights and even accommodated a 2:30am check in because we were late back from ha Giang. We the did a 2 night ha long bay/ninh binh excursion, for which they held our bags free of charge, then we stayed our final night in the hotel. Super friendly staff, really flexible and also amazing at responding on WhatsApp. Everyone one of our needs were catered for. Would recommend.

Very comfortable room with beautiful furnishings. Friendly and hospitable staff who helped us to call our taxi booking company to inform them of where to pick us up when the street was closed for the weekend market. Very central location right next to the Hoan Kiem lake and main shopping streets. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was high floor and facing away from the main street, so it was quiet. Good choice of food for breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage after checkout and before leaving to the airport, and a shower room before you go.
