L'Signature Hotel & Spa mempunyai basikal percuma, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Hanoi. Menawarkan restoran, tempat penginapan ini juga mempunyai bar, serta sauna. Hotel's location is exceptional. It is quite literally one street away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and walking distance to almost every possible tourist destination spots within Hanoi Old Quarter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything were in order. More importantly, the bed in my executive suite, was extra large and fitted 1x 175cm tall young lady and 1x 183cm tall and really big sized man comfortably. Hotel staffs were even better. They were polite, remembered our names, greeted us every morning the moment we walked out of the lift and before heading out for our day, greeted us when we returned after a long day, and would bring out chairs and even water for us whenever we were just chilling outside the hotel's porch. We asked if we could have our rooms next to each other, and unfortunately, there were no deluxe rooms that were next to each other, and they upgraded one of our rooms to an executive suite, just so that we were staying on the same floor. All in all, L' Signature Hotel and Spa definitely hit it out of the park, exceeded my expectations, and made my stay at Hanoi a very comfortable and memorable one.

Staff were very professional. We were warned beforehand about the hotel location situated close to the entertainment district and were given the option to cancel our booking if we were bothered by the noises. Nevertheless we proceed with our bookings and it was the best stay ever. They provided us with earplugs, which we didn't use. The noises never really bothered us. The beds were comfortable, and we had the best sleep. Rooms are reasonably big & clean. Location is very ideal to those who loves the hustle & bustle of Hanoi night life! A few minutes walk to Beer Street. Lots of food & good eateries nearby. Easy stroll to Hoan Kiem Lakes. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Help us book a limousine to take my family of six to the airport & hotel charges us reasonable rates comparable to booking two grabs. Will definitely be back if we visit Hanoi again.

Carlos gave me a map when I arrived and marked down some of the great places to eat and discover Vietnamese food. I tried them all and was so grateful to have this insider knowledge. Highly recommend!

Meritel Hanoi mempunyai kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan, teres dan bar di Hanoi. Tempat tarikan berdekatan yang popular termasuk Citadel Imperial, Muzium Seni Halus Vietnam dan Makam Ho Chi... The staff especialy Mrs Jelly and Mr Alex helped us a lot. Thank you for their hospitality.

The property is perfect! All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Specially Josie, Aline, Trang, Long, and Ho! They made our stay pleasant and enjoyable! These people made this property the best in Old Quarter Hanoi.

Amazing and very supportive staff in all levels from the security, receptionist and the breakfast team. Really impressed with the great customer service

Soleil Boutique Hotel is situated perfectly in the Old Quarter- a two minute walk from train street. The hotel itself is so charming :) The reception staff (Jenny) is very serviceminded and sweet:) She was very helpful giving us information about what we should do while in Hanoi:) The doormen we met, James and Leo, are smiling and helpful. The housemaids made our room every day and made the room look unused:) Breakfast was good! And - swimming pool with a great view!

The location is perfect. In the old quarter, but not on a crazy busy street which is nice, as it was quiet in the evenings. They were so accommodating, we booked for our entire stay in Hanoi. We stay the first night, then they held our bags free of charge for a 3 night ha Giang excursion. We stayed another 2 nights and even accommodated a 2:30am check in because we were late back from ha Giang. We the did a 2 night ha long bay/ninh binh excursion, for which they held our bags free of charge, then we stayed our final night in the hotel. Super friendly staff, really flexible and also amazing at responding on WhatsApp. Everyone one of our needs were catered for. Would recommend.

Staff are friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. The service was to a high standard in all aspects of this hotel. Very good location in the old town. Every meal was beautifully presented. The rooms at the back of this hotel are very quiet, and the bed provides you with a good night's sleep. If you are visiting Hanoi, l would certainly recommend this hotel.
