I loved the feeling of security and comfort that I got after a long day of exploring and adventuring outside. It was like coming home to a safe harbor. The staff were all lovely and professional; they greeted us with drinks and snacks even when our arrival time was near midnight! They also warmly welcomed us to our room when we returned after a day trip to Ninh Binh. The hotel was just great at making us feel special. The room is spacious enough for me, my husband, and my 3-year-old. The hotel is located near Train Street, and there are tons of great street food options just around the corner. The staff was also swift in helping us book shuttles to and from the airport, as well as a direct shuttle limousine to our homestay in Tam Coc. All in all, would definitely come again!

The staff (Jenny, Louis, Leo, Peter) were very helpful with recommendations of places to see and eat. Also Fiona in the hotel spa was great. We had very good massages. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and was served in a very beautiful dining room. From the rooftop terrace you get the most beautiful view of the sun setting above the city

I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. Exceptional staff and hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a late flight, and we could take a shower in the hotel in the evening before getting to the airport.
