Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area of the Old Quarter yet very close to main attractions. Amazing staff - super friendly and ready to help with literally anything ; very polite and educated. They upgraded our room free of charge on arrival and even went the extra mile for my boyfriend’s birthday by surprising him with a chocolate fondant for breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and banners! They truly treat you like royalty with 5 star service :) very clean and spacious rooms with daily room service, comfy bed and great AC. Breakfast was also very good with wide variety. Very responsive over booking.com and Whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend ! They even gave us a gift at check out!

Service was incredible! The ladies at the front desk were super helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had. Also the location was the best- right in the heart of everything but quiet inside. Room were lovely and hot water plentiful. Also great air conditioning after coming inside from the heat. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Menawarkan bar, Soleil Boutique Hotel Hanoi terletak di pusat Hanoi, 8-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Ha Noi. Excellent stay in Hanoi! The staff here is incredible, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable and tend to whatever question or need you may have. Breakfast is great too. The room is modern, the bathroom is amazing, and all the facilities are top notch

This property is an easy walk from the train station and an even easier walk to Hanoi's famous train street. You can also walk to the old quarter but for everything else it's an convenient grab ride. The room was large and well appointed (fridge and hair dryer!). The manager Ms. Huyen was awesome: she reached out to me before I arrived on whatsapp, let me check in early, and let me extend my stay an extra night via text with no issues. If you're looking for somewhere conveniently located, reasonably priced, and with a friendly staff to stay in central Hanoi give this place a go!

We love everything about the hotel. They gave us a room in the basement but since there was pipe’s noise in the room we obtained an upgrade. The staff was incredible
