Like having a friend or family member during our stay and gave me recommendations for medication and was so helpful with organising a trip to Ninh Binh. Gave us plenty of recommendations for places nearby and cafes open during the new year holiday. Staff like Xenia make all the difference and we will definitely return in the future. The hotel is in an excellent location, great comfy bed, and well sound proofed from the busy streets. Very elegant fixtures and was a great luxury after a long day of sightseeing.

Friendly and hospitable staff who helped us to call our taxi booking company to inform them of where to pick us up when the street was closed for the weekend market. Very central location right next to the Hoan Kiem lake and main shopping streets. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice pool overlooking the city. Our room was high floor and facing away from the main street, so it was quiet. Good choice of food for breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage after checkout and before leaving to the airport, and a shower room before you go.
