He has a great sense of humor and ensured he kept us all informed and excited throughout our trip.. All the staff looked so happy and excited I am sure the management takes very good care of them. The room itself was the best they had to offer with an attached terrace and gorgeous views of the bay. It was absolutely breathtaking. I would recommend you book Doris Cruise for 2 nights and you would not be disappointed. They had a full packed agenda with exciting things to do. The food was very generous and the spread was great with a lot of great options. Overall what a fantastic experience. I would rate it at the top for our entire Vietnam trip.

Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group is situated in Ha Long. The property is set at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Guests can enjoy sea views. Amazing service at the Majesty Cruise, the staff are working 24/7 for the guest’s comfort. The program doesn’t keep you wondering, everything is very well arranged and explained. Mike was our guide throughout the 2 nights and he was always there and always very attentive. This will definitely be my choice for this trip.

As a solo traveler, I was a little nervous about joining a cruise, but Calista made me feel completely at home. The ship is beautiful – brand new with elegant decor and open spaces that invite you to relax. I loved having a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sunset over the bay. It was peaceful and awe-inspiring. The staff treated everyone like family – shoutout to Trang for making sure I had everything I needed. The food was incredible, especially the lemongrass grilled shrimp and mango sticky rice. I also joined the cooking class and met some great people. It was a serene and enriching experience – highly recommend to fellow solo travelers!

We absolutely loved this cruise from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond at every point, the rooms were beautiful and well equipped, the restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the activities were all fun and engaging. I would also like to add that the boat was extremely safe and secure, there were two instances where handbags were left behind or misplaced and the staff immediately returned it to the rightful owner.

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

I went on a 3-day, 2-night cruise, and it was absolutely incredible. The boat is super luxurious, the food is fantastic, the pool is warm, and the sundeck offers a wonderful happy hour. This is by far the best cruise to experience in Ha Long Bay. Duck, our waiter, was outstanding, and the entire crew was exceptional. I am a hotel operator myself, and the attention to detail is A+ Just book the cruise. It's insane
