Dengan Waterfall Probiy yang boleh disampai dalam 30km, Phoenix Relax Park menawarkan penginapan, restoran, kolam renang luaran bermusim, taman dan teres. I stayed at Phoenix for a week with my family. We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.

The service and staff were absolutely fantastic. The hotel was spotless. The rooms were great. The pools, spas were maintained exceptionally well. The hotel is situated perfectly within the city. A very family friendly hotel and atmosphere!

We liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The warm swimming pool was nice, especially for kids. Particularly impressive was the salt room.

Boasting a bar and terrace, as well as a restaurant, Ganz & SPA is situated in Bukovel city-centre, only 10 metres from Bukovel Lift 5. We stayed for a week in the middle of October and loved everything about this hotel : the location, hiking trails nearby, local markets, amazing fresh food every day, spa facilities. Heated outdoor pool was our favorite. The place was very clean and comfortable. You'll love it.
