The apartment was absolutely fantastic – spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and a beautifully designed living room that felt very welcoming. It also had a lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we really appreciated the wide selection of drinks available in the fridge. The host truly made this stay exceptional. He went above and beyond in every possible way – offering to pick us up from the airport, and even helping me with my lost luggage, which was far beyond his responsibility. We could always rely on him with any question or issue, and he was without doubt one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I have ever met. This stay exceeded all our expectations – wonderful apartment, stunning views, and outstanding hospitality. I can highly recommend it to anyone!

We booked a quick stop before heading to safari. The house was modern, clean and spacious. We got there a little late because we stopped to get food and we soon learned that everything is pole pole in Tanzania -- there is no such thing as fast food. However, the host met us at the property and waited for us. We had been traveling over 24 hours when we arrived. Needless to say, we were very exhausted. The beds were comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. I would stay again and stay for longer next time.

Sanna Boutique Hotel mempunyai pusat kecergasan, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Arusha. The property was had amazing views, modern, perfect finishes. I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here
