It had a great variety of food and drinks and everything was delicious. 2. The comfort of the rooms was unmatched. The beds and sheets were comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. I loved it after a long day. 3. The check-in and check-out process was very fast. 4. The hotel facilities and views are beautiful. It's like being in a fairy tale. 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended great places to eat and visit. They gave us a map and always attended to our requests with a smile. 6. The location is highly recommended. It's close to everything. I would definitely stay at Hera again.

Our stay at Osmanli was absolutely fantastic! The staff went out of their way to make sure all of our requests were met. The breakfast was out of this world and then obviously the balloon sightings was spectacular. Our room was modern and very neat and the beds/bedding are of top quality. The receptionist went out of her way to courier a parcel with a very valuable item that we had forgotten at the hotel. The owner's son was very friendly and is a great ambassador for the family business. We will most certainly be back!

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. We had a perfect stay in Panoramic Cave Hotel. Staff was very attentive before and during our stay, they helped us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is very good, it has incredible views of Goreme, including of the balloons in the morning. The bedrooms are very spacious in cave style, with a good decoration. We highly recommend it!!
