The staff are so friendly and so helpful. The staff really make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is nice and spacious and heated. The hotel is located a short walking distance away from shops and restaurants. We booked our tours through the hotel. Anna is so helpful and responds almost immediately to any questions you have. Our tour guide for our red and green tours was 'Bekker' -calling name. Wow, what an amazing man, I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide. Bekker was so friendly and so knowledgeable, he was the highlight of our trip. He was so patient with us. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The views from the hotel are stunning.

I really appreciate that they provided tasty breakfast so early (0730-1030) and many kinds of food and there are few changes everyday. That's amazing. There are cover the carpet in two places which you can take photo when sunrise. Although the hot ballon isn't much closer but you can get a good view.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. Beautiful hotel with real fairy cave rooms! We stayed in a fairy cave room, and it was beautiful. Quite comfortable as well. Special thanks to the great service provided by Omar in reception and Rhamasan in the kitchen! I’d definitely will come back again!

I loved the rustic yet elegant décor that perfectly blended modern amenities with the historical surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning panoramic views from the hotel's terrace. The sweeping vistas of the fairy chimneys, the surreal landscape of Cappadocia, and ballons in the morning were simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extraordinary and memorable experience in Cappadocia.
