Location: It's calm because it's remote from the centre. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The most lovely thing was the pool in the room: priceless. The room: well, it's not a 'room' but a full appartment with kitchen and all need to prepare your own meal. This is definitely a location to come back to.

Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek Thermal & Spa is a five-star city hotel located on the shores of gulf. The hotel's guest rooms offer views of the sea, nature and the city. I liked everything, the staff was very polite, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied.

The overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with no unnecessary noise or chaos. From the moment you step in until the moment you leave, you truly feel like a valued guest. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Great value for money and highly recommended!

The employees are very pleasant, positive and always ready to meet everything that was needed and all the questions. I would especially single out the event manager Nevzat and the guest relations manager Burak, who made our stay even more beautiful and made us feel comfortable during our vacation.
