We had the largest apartment in the hotel which is a 2-bedroom apartment, it’s lovely absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The staff were wonderful always available to help us with any needs all with a smile on their face! Special thanks to Sun the General Manager who made our staff pitch perfect with his great hospitality!

Very nice garden. Close to Patong- only 3 km to reach the city. The food is excellent. Locals are doing massage on the Merlin Beach - at local prices.

Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

The room was spacious and clean staff were extremely helpful and kind. Only thing was I wish they accepted deposits by card as well but overall we had an amazing time and very satisfied!

Absolutely everything the place is beautiful !! The villas are stunning and exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay including iron and hairdryer. The staff were lovely and very attentive to our every need, they make you feel so welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return!

The staff is very friendly and kind. All smiles. They made the stay there enjoyable. I would go back for sure, 💯 percent. They place is in a great location and quiet. The room was very clean, and it was nice to have a pool onsite.

The villa was fantastic! The staff will do anything and resolve any small needs in a heartbeat. The host Mr.Tom was very helpful with excursions etc and organizing any request. The villas are overall very good value for money and I would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free visit to Phuket. The villas are located on a very safe, private and peaceful road. A short walk down the road brings you to plenty of small restaurants/bars with many seven elevens etc.
