The Melia is a fabulous hotel with a great pool and a lovely beach. We were in one of the boat suites directly by the pool which also gave us access to the “level” which was special as it allowed you free snacks, drinks and cocktails throughout the day :-) a great bonus. Hotel is a 10 min ride to Chaweng or the lovely Fisherman’s village so easy access … pool was one of the highlights as were the staff they were all excellent and so friendly - Makham / Candy in the level looked after super well as did Lucy and the front reception team - great service

Dengan pemandangan taman, 2H RESORT KOH SAMUI terletak di Mae Nam dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat bilik, bar, taman, kolam renang luaran sepanjang tahun dan teres. It was wonderful to have our own swimming pool and the sea right there. There is also a massage hut available right next to the property wheere you can hear the waves - perfect for relaxing - they are very good, friendly and reasonable prices. Everone were very friendly and June was an absolute star. She organised taxi services, laundry, cleaned and more. I wished we could have stayed here for at least two weeks. It was a great way to start our trip in Thailand. We were able to walk on the beach for miles (especially when low-tide) and there are quite a few restaurants right on the beach. The closest one is the Treehouse - they have excellent food at reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect, even though the hotel was fully booked it didn't feel crowded, it was close to the beach but far away enough from all the touristic fuss. There is a shop, massage parlor and a Thai restaurant within walking distance and the neighbourhood is a mix of luxury homes and Thai people living in it. Also really good wifi. Definetly worth the price.
