I was contacted at the arrival day via the receptionist and agreed on when we arrive to the property, and got there the keys seamlessly via a reception desk. Staff was very kind and friendly, shown everything, introduced all need to know, where are wood for the grill, etc. The two apartments were clean, fully equipped, comfortable. 4 apartments had an assigned wellness building with infra sauna, jacuzzi. The garden is well maintained, was a perfect spot for family and friends getaway. oh, almost forgot, excellent restaurants in the nearby!

Set in a Renaissance mansion from the 16th century, Chateau Appony is quietly situated in Oponice, 20 km away from Nitra. Very nice location, great park. Not much to do in the town, but the hotel had everything needed

The cuisine was exquisite, the house wine outstanding, and the staff incredibly kind and professional. We also loved how pet-friendly the place is — our dog even got his own bed and water bowl!
