The style, the atmosphere, spa, bar, the quality of the rooms. It is a 3 star hotel which is far better to stay at than some 5 stars. They even have hair conditioner.

Situated 3 km from Varberg, this waterfront hotel offers sophisticated accommodation with an on-site luxurious bookable spa. Fantastic position right on the coast with great views from our room (we paid extra for a sea view). Modern, clean and comfortable room had a huge bath in a separate room. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Good walks along the coast direct from the hotel.

Hotell Gästis is located in an 18th century building in Varberg, 400 metres from the Central Station. It offers rooms with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and free wired internet access. This hotel is a gem. So much to see, so much to explore. Books everywhere, so many lovely details in every room and every common area. Breakfast was very good, and it's only five minutes by foot to the sea and the train station.

Stunningly located on the edge of the forest, Tylebäck Hotell & Konferens is a modern hotel just 550 metres from Sweden´s most famous beach and 8 km from the centre of Halmstad. We liked everything about the place; the location, the room, the restaurant, the breakfast, the beach, the staff, the surroundings…. The place has such a nice and pleasant vibe.

Just 50 metres from the sandy Tylösand Beach, this hotel with spa is 9 km from Halmstad. It offers free Wi-Fi, 3 restaurants and Leif’s Lounge with a gold record display from the Swedish band Roxette.... people are extremely nice, nice spa but it could have been much better if you could access the spa from another area. People are walking in swimming clothes and bathrobe via the main entrance- a little bi privacy would be so much better.
