They made our special day even more memorable because of their care. Thank you especially to Nouf, Mustafa, Abdullah , Hasan the bell boy, the Breakfast manager in brown uniform, and the lady who works the night shift and checked us in. Secondly, everything was clean, room service was fast, gym was good, and the food was nice. We will come back again and recommend you to our friends and family. Thank you again.

The management and staff at the beach club and the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast club for showing their exceptional service and making us feel at home and welcome. Everyone we met was so kind and that for me makes the stay even more memorable. The best 5 star resort I’ve ever stayed and it will take a lot of effort to compete with The St Regis.
