Located in the heart of Transylvania, Ensana Sovata is only 200 metres from the helio-thermal Lake Bear, featuring salty water. It offers free WiFi and a breakfast buffet. I booked this hotel including breakfast and dinner. Both are excellent. The hotel and the room are very clean . The location is in a beautiful place and the staff is very efficient.

The rooms and the whole area was period furnished, yet modern. Other than a few cobwebs, the room was very clean. We had to book breakfast for specific time in advance, but that didn't matter and it was delicious. There is not much nearby, but as a starting point for various excursions, this hotel is an ideal choice.

Modern, clean and inspiring atmosphere. Located just outside of the city's busy life allows for a complete disconnection and relaxation. The Jacuzzi (ciubăr) is something you have to try especially at night, with the lights off (to avoid light pollution), and just bask in the view of the millions of stars above. You can ditch the car and use some inexpensive taxi services if you want to have a few drinks while out in the fabulous Sighișoara. AC available so even in the heatwave we had it was pleasant inside. WiFi and a Smart TV if you have the need or the time for technology. The common area has a very well set barbecue setup where you can further enhance your stay. Apparently an early waking would get you to see some wildlife such as deer and hares (unfortunately wasn't the case for us going to sleep that late at night 😉). Very welcoming owner. Highly recommended !!
