Set in the upmarket Buna Ziua residential neighbourhood, above the centre of Cluj, Grand Hotel Italia is a palatial luxury hotel furnished in Italian Liberty style. Very nice hotel. There are several large parking lots. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is more than perfect. The breakfast was also very good. The outdoor pool is large and well-arranged. The spa center is perfect. We have no complaints. We liked it.

The staff was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The view was absolutely awesome, truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!
