Everything was perfect for our family ( with 3 children ): hot pool outside with an extraordinary view, 2 saunas, playroom, cinema, good food. The people that work there are really involved in what they are doing. You must know Dana from the massage. Anything you will ask for regarding health, you will find out. We had a fireplace in the room. We will come back there as soon as possible. It is that kind of place that you must go to again and again.

The owner was very friendly – he offered us an apartment that exceeded our expectations. He helped us with extra information about the restaurants in the area and what to visit and do nearby. Every time he saw us, he asked if we were comfortable. The comfort, cleanliness, beds, and especially the view left us pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Pensiunea Encian, and we will definitely meet again.

The check-in and check-out were completely automated, which was very convenient. The building is located right next to the forest, offering the peace and quiet we were looking for. The hosts and staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming.
