Excellent service and ideal location for visitors, very clean room and very well decorated. Also very large but it was a junior suite. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was great and the Spa was so relaxing. Definitely one to return to :)

Hotel staff could not do enough for us without any intrusion, it is 5* all the way. Special mention to Miriam (front desk) and Nelson (Exuberante restaurant) who were highly professional and so lovely. Staff were always quick and efficient whenever any requests made (room service, luggage store/collection) with very good communication before arrival. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Everything was great from day one. We did online check-in and got the code for entering the House. Breakfast is included in the price - there is everything you need including coffee machine you can use all day long. (I even asked for plant based milk and got one right away. They left it in the fridge so I could use it for the rest of our stay.) Room was very nice and clean as well as the whole house. We were here for a week and really felt like home. The garden with a pool is very nice for chilling during the day or evening. There are bikes (and e-bikes) you can use which is great option for reaching Porto. You can also use surf boards and suits anytime!
