The hotel was amazing, we only stayed one night but wished we’d booked longer! The whole place smelt amazing as soon as you walked in (I’m a big fan of room fragrance so this was a big tick for me), the room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. The balcony was an extra bonus which I wasn’t expecting, with a direct view of the ski slope. Excellent location for anyone skiing and only a 10/15 minute walk into town. The spa area was stunning and extremely well made. Loved every bit of it!

We loved the breakfast selection, there was oat milk for the coffee :) Basic stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook something. Great spa, we got lucky and on saturday it was only us there and it was so relaxing. The employees were nice and helpful. We had great stay and decided to stay one more day till Monday. Zakopane is beautiful, but expect a lot of people in the city and main attractions. And the chillout zone was so pretty! We loved everything and highly recommend to stay here.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choice of continental cuisine. The receptionists were always friendly and happy to help. The swimming pool was a great addition, open from 1 pm, if you enjoy quiet swim then before 5 pm is ideal. The kids had endless fun on the water slide. Little playroom available to use at all times, nice distraction for smallies.

The hotel was located in an excellent location near the center. Room was tidy, spacious, really pretty and cozy as shown in the pictures. Moreover it had great equipment including dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, iron, induction hob, hair dryer ,TVs etc. - in short, everything you need and even more. The Staff was super nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay along the tasty breakfast with many choices. The wellness area was pretty and clean as well. The only thing I'd change is to increase the water flow in the shower, which is not a necessary problem rather than a personal preference. Overall we're glad we chose this hotel and will happily come back next time. :)
