The staff let us check in early and were so very kind and professional with sincere, nice smiles! Excellent breakfast with "real" coffee, not instant coffee like many hotels do here in the Philippines. Had in-room security safe included. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Stayed here 3 days and everything exceeded my expectations! Wonderful large room, so clean and comfy bed with lots of soft pillows. Nice balcony to stand outside and look at the mountains. The air conditioner worked to keep the room cool. Large clean bathroom with a nice, big tub. Great shower with hot water and strong water flow! Felt so welcome and appreciated here. The room was cleaned and replenished with amenities every day by very energetic, hard-working housekeeping gentlemen. Many hotels won't clean the room if staying multiple days, but here at Le Charme Suites, they give you their very best! I rarely rate hotels as good as this and would not say all this if it wasn't true. Definitely awesome value here and will come back next trip to Olongapo!
