Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, especially at Christmas. The hotel is positioned by a small lake lovely for walks or a morning run. Plenty of nearby restaurants but quiet surroundings. The rooms were comfortable clean and well equipped. Easy free parking right outside. We used the restaurant for breakfast and for evening drinks and were pleased with quality and value.

Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. The whole environment was wonderful. The owner was kind and give us advices about restaurants, place to visit and so on. Highly recommended place!

Fantastic private location right on the waterfront but only 5 minutes drive from the wharf and town. Incredible view. Fabulous chalet ("chalet" doesn't do it justice, perfect for those who appreciate 70's/80's architecture with high ceilings and 45 degree angles. The 12-year-old called it "awesome" and said he wanted to live there forever). Two large bedrooms each with a huge ensuite, big well-equipped kitchen and convenient in-chalet laundry. Amazing outlook from large windows in all the rooms. Thoughtfully furnished. Lovely gardens and expansive balconies. A pool house which we didn't use, but good advice from the hosts on the best hot baths in town. Really helpful communication from the hosts, timely and upbeat, nothing too much trouble.

Menawarkan kolam renang luaran, taman, dan teres, Superb studio retreat with Spa, Pool & BBQ access menawarkan penginapan di Whanganui dengan WiFi percuma dan pemandangan taman. Tony & Jill were wonderful and welcoming hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Tony helped carry our suitcase from the car to the studio at the back of the property. The pool and Jacuzzi were a fabulous added bonus. The icing on the cake was the G&T our hosts gave us by the poolside. Outstanding! At the same time we had privacy as the studio is completely seperate from the main house. The Studio is in a wonderfully landscaped garden with a wide range of plants & trees. The accommodation is “compact and bijou”, but has everything you might need. Very cleverly designed. There is outside seating areas with a small table and two chairs to sit & watch tv. At the end of the stay our hosts said we could check out later if we wished. Very relaxed family oriented hosts, who gave us great information about the town, and where to eat and visit etc. Small continental breakfast that was very tasty. We were also given a lovely homemade slice, to have with a cuppa when we arrived as well. 😋 Highly recommended!

Such a lovely place to stay, beautifully designed and decorated, and of course the bathtub on the terrace was a highlight. We also enjoyed the very good restaurant and brewery just across the street. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing time.
